This minimal house was designed as basic 2 bedroom units along with living dining hall at the earlier stages, to which another 2 bedrooms along with pool and garage block was added later.
This falls in the same compound as the VIP guest House. The overriding theme is to celebrate cement as a finish for all the buildings.
